GITMO

I was transfered from the Mackerel to make the run around Cuba with the spooks as I had experience withe the spooks and lots of time on the ECM gear ( WLR-1 WLR -3 etc). When we pulled into Gito I removed most of the ESM equipment and took it to shop 67 to referb and align everthing. I became very good friends with some of the ore duty sailor in the shop. One day after work we took an old jeep to the tank course for jeep trials. I have 8-mm films of the jeep running the course conpletely airborne at times. I won't tell how many bottles of liquor I brought back to Key West but the poor shore duty sailors at Gitmo could only buy one bottle (inperial quart) a day.
