The reunion of the USS Remora was small but definately a success. Thanks to Jerry Parker for getting it arranged and to "Red" Bassler for making the distinctive name badges. I was able to acquire a DVD from the son of a former skipper (Cdr. R.S. Garvey, 1952-52) which he converted in excess of 10,000 feet of 8mm film for us. I made copies for everyone attending. I'll have them on sale on the Remora site soon if you'd like a copy. Sorry about the lousy picture below. The lighting sucked, at best. Or was I just shit faced, again?
